This month we’re reading “Words That Work” by Frank Lutz. Lutz is a conservative political consultant who has worked with both politicians and corporations to help them communicate better to their audiences. Regardless of your political bent, there’s quite a bit to be gleaned from his “Ten Rules of Effective Language”. It’s written so that you can begin applying his ideas immediately.
